An alumna of Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, she completed her medical degree, followed by a residency in internal medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She further refined her expertise with fellowships in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Henry Ford Hospital, and sleep medicine at the University of Chicago Medical Center. She also holds an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta. Beyond her professional realm, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in the tranquility of nature trails, the rejuvenation of swimming, and the enriching experience of global travel.
Felecia Malcolm brings a compassionate and skilled presence to the healthcare field, backed by 15 years of dedicated service. Her journey has seen her specialize in Care Coordination, where she has made significant contributions in various settings including inpatient care, ICU, and outpatient services over the past 8 years. Felecia’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Master of Nursing and Healthcare System from Grand Canyon University.
At the heart of her practice, Felecia has been instrumental in Care Coordination at Grady Memorial Hospital Trauma Center in Atlanta. Here, she played a crucial role from the moment of admission, ensuring every patient is met with a thorough discharge plan. Her collaborative spirit shines as she works alongside interdisciplinary medical teams daily, striving for the progression of patient care and providing essential resources.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Felecia finds joy and fulfillment in spending quality time with her family.
